Frequently asked questions
How much will I earn?
The full amount of the new client's first month of recurring managed services fees. It doesn't include one-time setup, project or hardware costs.
When do I get paid?
After the new client has been with us 90 days and paid for that time. If they cancel or don't pay in that period, no reward is due.
How do non-clients get paid?
By business check or PayPal, your choice. We'll need a completed IRS Form W-9 first, and we'll send a 1099 if your cash rewards reach the IRS reporting threshold in a year.
I'm a client. How does my reward work?
We apply an account credit to your Xonicwave account. Credits have no cash value.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many businesses as you like. If two people refer the same business, the first referral we receive counts.
