Hi, I'm Chad Moore, founder of Xonicwave. Here's what happens in your 30-minute network assessment, and why it's worth a half hour of your time. Think of it like a home inspection. We walk through the systems your business runs on: your security basics, your backups, your Microsoft 365 and email, your network and Wi-Fi, and how your team gets help today. Then we tell you plainly what's solid and what needs attention first. You'll leave with your top three risks, ranked, and clear next steps for each one, whoever ends up doing the work. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. We don't touch your systems unless you ask us to. And if you already have an IT provider, think of it like a second opinion. We've been protecting small businesses since 2004, and our team is right here in the US. On every call, you'll talk to someone who actually does this work. So pick a time that works for you. In 30 minutes, you'll know exactly where you stand.

Know a business owner who's fed up with their IT?

Introduce them to us. When they become a client, you earn the full amount of their first month's invoice. Not a client? We pay you cash. Already a client? It's credited to your account.

No limit on referrals. Equal to their first full month of service (not setup fees or taxes), paid once they've been a client for 90 days and paid for that time. Cash payouts go out by business check or PayPal, your choice. Account credits have no cash value. See program terms

Common questions

How much does managed IT cost?

Our managed IT plans start at $500 per month for your whole team, not priced per person. Your price is based on the devices we manage (computers, servers, firewalls and network gear) and the plan you choose: Gold, Platinum or Titanium. Phones and tablets are never charged. There's a one-time onboarding fee equal to your first month, and businesses with a veteran or active-duty military owner, plus 501(c)(3) nonprofits, save 10% (discounts can't be combined). A free IT bill review shows you exactly where you'd land.

How fast do you respond?

Call during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, Monday–Friday) and a technician starts on your issue within 15 minutes (our response target), on every plan. On Gold and Platinum, after-hours requests are handled the next business day. Titanium includes a 24/7 help desk. Your network and security alerts are monitored 24/7 on every plan.

What does a flat monthly fee cover?

Every plan includes the help desk (8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific, Monday–Friday), 24/7 network monitoring, 24/7 SOC security monitoring with alerts going straight to our team, SentinelOne or Bitdefender endpoint protection, SaaS Alerts monitoring for Microsoft 365 and cloud apps, patching, encrypted backups with monthly test restores, Microsoft 365 administration and backup, a monthly executive report and an annual IT review. Platinum adds on-site support, dark web and email domain monitoring, and project work. Titanium adds a 24/7 help desk, on-site emergency dispatch, scheduled on-site visits, and compliance and policy help. Anything outside your plan is quoted before we start.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. Our agreement is 12 months, written in plain English, and your price is locked for that term. It renews yearly unless either side gives 30 days' notice before the term ends.

Do you support businesses outside Southern California?

Yes. We provide remote support nationwide, with on-site service in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles.

What if we're not happy with the service?

You're covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Tell us within 5 business days and we have 30 days to make it right. If we can't, you get a service credit of up to one month's fees for the affected service.

How does the free IT bill review work?

Tell us who you are and attach your current invoice if you have it handy. If not, we'll follow up with a secure upload link. We review it and walk you through what we found. No obligation.

What happens when we switch to you?

Onboarding is covered by the one-time setup fee. We remove the old monitoring and antivirus tools, install ours, map and document your network, set up backups and spam filtering, run a baseline assessment, and set up portal access and training for your team, so day-to-day work keeps moving.
