Doesn't Microsoft back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering deleted or encrypted files is largely on you. Our separate backup covers that gap on every plan.
Can you move us off our old server?
Yes. Moving files, email and apps to Microsoft 365 or the cloud is included on Platinum and Titanium. On Gold, we quote it first.
Do you support Google Workspace too?
Yes. We back it up on every plan.
Who owns our Microsoft licenses?
You do. Licenses we provide as part of the service are yours to use during the agreement, and we help you transition them if you ever leave.
